Settings reference - 7 Days To Die mods

Refined Graphics has 186 settings. Each one is a row on the options page, under Options > Refined - Graphics, except the few listed at the end.

Where your choices are kept

Your choices are saved in settings.txt in %APPDATA%\7DaysToDie\Refined\Graphics. It holds only what you changed, one key = value per line. A change saved there while the game runs applies within a second. Beside it, settings_reference.txt lists every setting with its default. The mod writes it again at every start, so edit settings.txt instead. In settings.txt a switch is true (on) or false (off).
