# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for the usual problems with Refined - Infected & Living: the mod doesn't load, and where your settings are.

  <Accordion title="The mod doesn't seem to do anything">
    The game may not have loaded it. Turn off EasyAntiCheat in the game's launcher and choose **Run & Save as default**. Mods with their own code don't load while it's on. Then check that the folder is `Mods\Refined-Infected-And-Living`.

  <Accordion title="Where are my settings?">
    In `%APPDATA%\7DaysToDie\Refined\InfectedAndLiving`, in `server.txt` and `client.txt`.

  <Accordion title="Where is the log?">
    The game writes it to `%APPDATA%\7DaysToDie\logs`. Paste that into the File Explorer address bar and take the newest file. Our lines start with `[Refined.InfectedAndLiving]`.
